At The Thomas Group, Inc. our mission to our corporate clients
is to design and implement a comprehensive employee benefit
package that will eliminate the dangers of excessive
employee benefit costs while at the same time providing quality,

to our client's firms. The ultimate win-win for our clients

reduce the cost. In many, many instances we are able to accomplish
this ultimate win-win through the use of our Comparative Analysis
Process. The Comparative Analysis Process provides us with
a path and a plan to design or re-design our corporate
client's employee benefits package so that it attracts, retains,
and provides satisfaction for our clients and their employees.
Most of our corporate clients are small to medium-sized
businesses (2-500 employees) that were started by someone
with a tremendous entrepreneurial drive. We work with risk-takers,
and our corporate clients are firms where quality and satisfaction
are of utmost concern when it comes to their employees. We
work very hard to increase the certainty that the high
cost of employee benefits is reaping the reward that it is
intended to reap. Through the use of The Comparative Analysis
Process we are able to show our clients where they are today
compared to where they could be tomorrow. This helps them
attain their goals and objectives as they seek to improve
benefits and decrease costs. It is amazing how often
we are able to do both in the course of our work with one
