At The Thomas Group, Inc. we work closely with the special
needs of the highly compensated Executives at the firms of
our corporate clients. The discipline of providing nonqualified
benefits to highly compensated executives has evolved in recent
years as more government regulation has made it harder for
executives to participate equitably in qualified plans. We
seek to eliminate the dangers of reverse discrimination
against the highly compensated entrepreneurs and professionals
that comprise our clientele. In addition, we design and implement
nonqualified plans whose aim is the retention and reward of
those key executives who "make it happen". We provide a unique
opportunity for our corporate clients in that we are affiliated
with the Todd Organization of Virginia, LLC, the Virginia
affiliate of the national, highly respected executive benefits
firm, The Todd Organization. Our ultimate goal is to reward,
retain, and provide outstanding executive compensation benefits
that are tax efficient, easy to understand, and provide inherent
value to both the business and the individual. In doing so,
we provide a path and a plan of executive compensation
that evolves as the executive ages and the business prospers.
Since many of our corporate clients are small- to medium-sized,
closely held companies, we provide a level of expertise that
differentiates us from most standard insurance brokers. Harry

Mutual Life, one of the leading providers of insurance-based
products to the executive compensation world for years. Our
