At The Thomas Group, Inc. we work closely with the special needs of the highly compensated Executives at the firms of our corporate clients. The discipline of providing nonqualified benefits to highly compensated executives has evolved in recent years as more government regulation has made it harder for executives to participate equitably in qualified plans. We seek to eliminate the dangers of reverse discrimination against the highly compensated entrepreneurs and professionals that comprise our clientele. In addition, we design and implement nonqualified plans whose aim is the retention and reward of those key executives who "make it happen". In doing so, we provide a path and a plan of executive compensation that evolves as the executive ages and the business prospers.
